Heather Slosman, Ph.D.
Heather Slosman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Cook Counseling Center where she enjoys working with a variety of students through individual, group therapy, outreach and consultation services. Her professional interests including working with anxiety disorders, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Heather’s has worked in a variety of settings and has particularly enjoyed her time working in University Counseling Centers and with Active Duty Military and Veterans. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and heavily influenced by positive psychology, interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic theories.
Heather holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University.
