Meredith Nackley-Henry, D.O.

Meredith Nackley-Henry is a psychiatrist at Cook Counseling Center. She is board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA.

She joined the Cook Counseling Center staff in 2025 and enjoys working with the student population. She also enjoys teaching residents and medical students.
