Dayna Winograd, M.S.

Dayna Winograd is a doctoral practicum student. Currently, Dayna is completing her doctoral degree in clinical science at Virginia Tech.

Dayna has a special interest in working with individuals with eating and body image concerns. Her theoretical orientation stems from CBT, with incorporation of skills from DBT.

In her free time, she likes to run, bake, snuggle with her cat, and play cozy games like Stardew Valley.
