Crystal Lambert, L.P.N.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Crystal is responsible for the well-being of the students by scheduling appointments, not only with the department , but with other outside providers. She completes triage appointments, ensures correct administration of medications, monitoring the results of medicated and non-medicated treatment that reflects the student’s best interest. Crystal has been a nurse for 27 years, working with all ages from newborns to the elderly population. Crystal joined Cook Counseling's Psychiatry department in 2025.
