Hannah is a Resident in Counseling and received her master’s degree from Adams State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her professional experience includes working in various settings including private practice, residential, partial hospitalization programs, and college counseling. Hannah believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and works towards creating a warm, nonjudgmental space. She works from a client centered and strengths-based approach while focusing on self-compassion and empowerment. She frequently incorporates ACT, CBT, and DBT. During her free time, Hannah enjoys knitting, being outside, and spending time with her two dogs.
