Jacqueline Schall, M.S.

Doctoral Psychology Intern

Jackie Schall (she/her) is a doctoral psychology intern at Cook Counseling Center. Jackie works to create a therapy space that is open, authentic, and collaborative. She works from an integrative approach focusing on techniques driven in collaboration with clients from a multi-culturally inclusive, person-centered, and relational-cultural perspective. Jackie enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, creating a welcoming, safe, and collaborative therapeutic relationship with all her clients. Her areas of clinical interest include interpersonal difficulties, family of origin work, identity exploration, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ mental health, first-generation college students, trauma-informed care, and self-compassion and authenticity.

In her free time, Jackie enjoys hiking and being outdoors, learning to sew, and spending time with her cats. She is originally from Pennsylvania and received her B.S. in psychology from Chatham University, her M.S. in applied developmental psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and is in the process of earning her PsyD in counseling psychology from Chatham University. She has provided psychotherapy and assessment services in college counseling and hospital settings.
