Residential Well-being Embedded Counseling
Cook Counseling Center, in partnership with the Department of Residential Well-being (RWB), has a team of RWB Embedded Counselors dedicated to serving Virginia Tech’s student population living on campus. Their mission, in collaboration with RWB stakeholders, is to elevate residential students’ mental, emotional, and social well-being by reducing barriers to mental health services.
Located in East Eggleston Hall, Suite 107, RWB Embedded Counselors provide confidential counseling, crisis response, drop-in consultation, and outreach support for residential students throughout evening hours. The RWB Embedded Counselors extend in-person mental health service access from 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Thursday and from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Friday.
If you are a student living on campus and would like to connect with an RWB Embedded Counselor, drop by East Eggleston Hall, schedule online below, or call 540-231-6557.
