Carol Schneider

As Office Services Specialist, Carol serves as the first point of contact to the Thomas E. Cook Counseling Center by answering phones, checking in clients, greeting and directing visitors, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries by students, faculty, outside providers and parents regarding our services. She also maintains electronic medical records for clients as well as appointment schedules for staff psychologists, counselors, other clinicians, nursing staff and psychiatrists. Carol joined the CCC team  in July 2019.
