Black Mental Health Resources

Especially during these times of heightened stress, we want to remind you that your mental health matters. For support, you can access counseling services or find out more about our resources by calling 540-231-6557. You can request an outreach program, workshop, or other support service and collaborate with a staff member regarding your specific needs. 

Several additional resources exist to support the mental wellbeing of folks who identify as Black and African American and to provide information about mental health, help identify inclusive mental health providers, offer financial support for therapy, and more.
